02Photographs & Creative Content

All photographs, videos, and creative works produced by One Thousand Tales remain the intellectual property of Dilip Kumar unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a personal-use licence to view, print, and share the delivered images and films for non-commercial purposes.

With your consent, we may use select photographs from your session for portfolio, social media, blog, exhibition, or promotional purposes. If you would prefer your images not be used publicly, please inform us in writing before or during the shoot, and we will respect that request.

03Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

A signed agreement and an advance retainer confirm your booking. Dates are held only once the retainer is received. The retainer is non-refundable, as it secures your date and prevents us from accepting other engagements for the same period.

The remaining balance is due as specified in your individual contract, typically before the event date. Delivery timelines for edited images and films are communicated at the time of booking. Postponements are accommodated subject to availability; rescheduled dates may be subject to revised pricing.

04Anti-Spam Policy

One Thousand Tales subscribes to an Anti-Spam policy for all communication. We do not condone unsolicited emails or messages. Any communication from us will be a response to your enquiry, a service-related update, or content you have explicitly opted in to receive.
